I bought a new iPhone and it isn't allowing me to download the app
I already had the app on the iPhone as well as the MacOS app (I purchased licenses - not subscription).
I purchased a new iPhone. I had backed up my old iPhone and then restored it onto my new iPhone.
My vault syncs with iCloud (so I have the same data on my iPhone and Mac)
When I click on the app (it hasn't downloaded and only has a cloud), I receive the following message:
"Unable to Install "1Password - Password Manager and Secure Wallet"
You must purchase this app to install it."
Then - when I view it in the app store, I am unable to download it. So basically, I can't use the 1password app on my new iPhone.
Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance.

Hi @neoseeker
1Password for iOS is a free app to download, so that is a very odd message for the App Store to be giving. Is this the link you're using to install it?

Please let me know.

Yes - that is the link. When I go to that link, the cloud (that you push to download) turns into a "stop" symbol. And I cannot click that to download.

Could you please post a screenshot showing the "stop symbol"?

Thank you for the screenshots... Could you please double check that parental controls are not enabled on your device?

No.... no parental controls.

I have to admit I'm scratching my head a bit here. The app is free to download, so... that message from the App Store doesn't make a lot of sense to me. :) Have you tried restarting your device?
