How do I get my Secret Key? Help!

Upgrading from 1Password 6. I have installed 1Password7 on my Mac.
Started a trial subscription.

1Password7 has found my vaults and I have access to all my stuff, but read only and limited functionality.

Now I need to sign in to my account - but I have no secret key. Advice is to go to settings>accounts and look there. But no account. Try to add one - need the secret key!
Else look in downloads - nothing there.
Else sign in on the web - need secret key.

Help please.

PS Emailed support 4 hours ago but had no response on that route. Really missing working 1Password!
