@1Password, I found a bug on your browser extension.
I have filled an email account into 1Password with all the details, username, password, incoming email server, outgoing email server, security, etc.

I found a bug into the extension (at the security field) where I insert STARTTLS and the 1Password extension change it to

menu.pop_security.STARTTLS

I attach a screenshot.

Thanks

    Hi @lumiere!

    I tried creating a new Email Account item in my 1Password browser extension, and I could not reproduce this issue. However, when I tried to do it, I could only see the options "None", "SSL" and "TLS" in the security dropdown menu (no STARTTLS as you showed).

    Can you please share the exact steps to reproduce this, so we can test your procedure here as well, and see where we differ?

    Hi @ag_ana,

    thank you for your answer.
    I have created this email account many months ago, maybe with an old 1Password version that let me manually insert the security protocol.
    I see now that it allow me to choose between SSL and TLS but I don't see STARTTLS on the menu items.

    Is it possible to add it?

    Thanks

    @lumiere:

    Not in that dropdown menu directly, but you can create a custom field and add it there :)
