Upgrade to Family Account
Hi,
I cancelled my single account within the App Store and it says my subscription is in inactive but I still can't change my account (On 1Password site) from a single account to a family account as It thinks I am still subscribed via the App Store. - How long do subscriptions initially take to drop off so I can upgrade - or is there something you can do on the back end to get me going?
