My personal vault shows up on the desktop app but not Chrome

Hello! I've been using 1Password for work and I recently added a personal membership to my account. I am seeing my personal vault appear on my desktop app but not seeing it appear when I log in to 1Password in Chrome. It's also not showing up in my 1Password Chrome extension.

Could you help me problem solve this?

Hi @ktbird82,

It sounds like you may not be signed into both accounts within the 1Password X browser extension. If you right click on the extension in your Chrome toolbar and open the Settings do you see both accounts listed?

Hi Ben, I do see both accounts listed.

@ktbird82 – Do either of the accounts say "Locked" next to the account name on the 1Password X settings page, or do they both appear to be unlocked? Check out the screenshot below to see exactly what I'm referring to.
