Is unlock by fingerprint really secure?
Hi!
Last time I was wondering how does unlock by fingerprint really work.
Master password is used to decrypt a storage every time you pass it, it means it's necessary during cryptology process.
1Password does not even store a master password - that's the additional layer of security.
So, the question I am facing is ... how does it work with fingerprint on android?
If the only key to decrypt a content is master password - how it's possible with fingerprint then?
Thanks,
Best regards
Tomasz
