Listing ageing passwords

Hi,

in 1Password on macOS (and iOS) or in Teams, is it possible to list/filter passwords that are older than a certain age?

At my work, we have a password policy that requires us to change passwords every 90 days. Some services do this automatically, but for identities on ie. cloud services, it is often something we have to manage manually.

It would be nice to be able to list passwords in a similar fashion as the Expiring section in the Watchtower. It could look at the last time the password was updated.

Thanks,
Tobias

    Hey @tobiasaps

I don't think the current Watchtower setup is the best solution for this. However, you can use a custom search in 1Password on the Mac. This topic can show you how to create a custom search - https://support.1password.com/search-1password/

You currently cannot save custom searches, that's something we hope to work on in the future.

    From - https://support.1password.com/watchtower/

Expiring shows items that are expiring soon, so you can take action:
    1. credit cards, memberships, and drivers licenses that are expiring within 2 months
    2. passports expiring within 9 months
    3. items that have already expired

    Hi @ag_tommy,

Great! I did not know the advanced search, thanks for showing me that. It solves my issue.

Saving the search for later use, of course, would be awesome.

    Thanks,
    Tobias
