Microsoft Edge 1PasswordX updates?

The chrome store has version 1.18 available. But the Microsoft Edge extensions lists 1.17. Is the expectation that the Edge store version will stay in-sync? Are these now different builds? If I want to stay current should I use the Chrome version instead of Edge?

Each browser has their own review process when it comes to new versions of extensions. We can't predict how long the process will take, but I do know that the 1.18.0 update has been submitted in Microsoft Edge.
