need to reset master password

Just bought a new iPhone. Tried all the usual passwords that I don't write down because I know them by heart. Tried entering the passwords and didn't work. Then I went to old iPhone and got into 1Passwords with my fingerprint and tried changing master password. Same thing, didn't know it. I tried exporting my passwords, since that is the only solution 1Password offers in this case, but I don't find the option. What else can I do?? More than 160 passwords at risk. Please help!
