Rich Icon Submission

I work for a company that now has a cloud-based service offering. As such, we have a number of users who we think will begin saving their login credentials. We would like to submit a rich icon to be served when saving logins for a specific domain. Like 1Password, our logins are custom.ourdomain.com, so this would be for *.ourdomain.com.

How can we go about submitting that?
