Cannot sign into my 1Password account

Hello,

Today I created an account with the trial premium version. Everything seemed to be great until a random moment in which I could not sign in anymore in my 1Password account. It keeps saying that the combination of my e-mail address, secret key en master password is incorrect while I know for sure it is right.

I have tried everything, meaning all the options you provide on your website in the faq section. But I cannot sign in still.

Can you help me please? I cannot even my subscription right now.
