Not able to save new login in 1password with Chrome

My wife and I have different hotel user ID login for Marriott but the number very similar for https://www.marriott.com/default.mi
I have no problem to save mine login in 1password when I use Chrome, since the login doesn't exist in 1password yet.

I experienced the problem when I try to save my wife hotel login information into 1password, when I typed her ID number, unfortunately 1password only gave me option as "Update Saved login" BUT this is NEW not the one I save before. Perhaps it is the same website and the ID number very similar but not the same.

The solution I need to manually add then it work.

Any idea?
