No Sync on Devices
My team has added categories and logins to the shared vault. One member (the owner) can't see what members are adding.

Does this member actually have access to this shared vault? Being an Owner does not mean having automatic access to all vaults in a 1Password account.

Yes. They can see everything through a web browser but the items are not showing up on iOS devices.

Do they have Travel Mode turned on?
Use Travel Mode to remove vaults from your devices when you travel

Travel mode was not on. I just tried reinstalling the apps after fully deleting them from the devices. All passwords are now showing. Not sure what the issue was.
