1Password app on macOS not auto-updating after ver 7.3.2 (from 1Password store)
Auto-update for my Mac seems to have stopped working about six months ago. I'm on macOS 10.15.3 (MacBook Pro) and 1Password Version 7.3.2 (70302004) from 1Password Store. My 1Password Preferences > Updates is set to Automatically Check and Automatically Install (no changes to these settings for at least a year). When running 1Password, I click 1Password > Check For Updates... and get a message from 1Password Updater saying I'm running the latest version. However, I see that ver 7.4.3 (and several intervening versions) is available. The same problem, with the same software versions, appears on my wife's Mac.
1Password Version: 7.3.2
Extension Version: 7.3.2
OS Version: macOS 10.15.3
Sync Type: 1password service

Hi @offtheroad
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty. You should be able to resolve this by installing a fresh copy. Please try these instructions:
- Quit Safari
- Open and then quit 1Password completely —
⌘⌥⌃Q
(Command Option Control Q) - Drag 1Password to the Trash, but DO NOT use a "cleaner" app to remove 1Password if you have one (MacKeeper, CleanMyMac, AppZapper, etc)
- Empty the Trash
- Restart your Mac
- Install 1Password from our website: Download for Mac
- Open 1Password
- Make sure the extension is shown and enabled in Safari under
Preferences
>Extensions
(do not click "More Extensions") - Verify that you're able to use the extension to fill logins
Let me know how it turns out. :)
