How can I set up a family membership account that comes with my business account?

My company upgraded to a business account subscription which included a family membership. How do I set up my family membership and migrate my data from the shared vault in the business account to my family membership (personal) account?

Moving data out of a shared vault in the Business account may not be proper, unless you are the owner of that data. Please make sure you are authorized to make such changes. :)
