[URGENT] 1Password Website Login Issues

Several of our users are experiencing major issues logging into websites stored in the vault.

When the app pre-populates the login information and tries to log in, it doesn't work and gives a big red error (see below), but, when they manually copy and paste the username and password it works fine.
