I can't connect to My Password application on my Mac since today
Hi,
I use a Mac (MacBook Pro Middle 2018) with OS Catlina (with latest patch 10.15.3)
I use 1 Password for Mac 7.4.3
Today I must re enter my Master password insteed Finder ID
And it does not work, it said my password is bad. Before it work perfectly.
I tried also on Safari + Chrome + Firefox with the plugin, it's always bad.
On Firefox I uninstalled extension and install 1 Password X, it work.
When I connect to the website https://my.1password.com/ it work perfectly.
I tried also a copy/paste from the enregistered password on vault on https://my.1password.com/ but is is also not OK.
I tried to reboot the Mac + Delete 1password application + Reinstall application, it is always bad.
When I try with the application on my Iphone + Ipad it work perfectly
Any idea ?

It works now when I use not my 1Password master password but my Mac password user account ...

It sounds like you chose a different password for your iCloud vault and for your 1Password account. The way 1Password unlocks is:
- If a Primary vault exists, then it unlocks using the Master Password for that vault, regardless of what, if any, memberships are signed in
- If a single 1Password membership is signed in, then it unlocks using the Master Password for that membership account
- If multiple memberships are signed in, then it unlocks using the Master Password of the first added membership
So it looks like you uses your Mac user account password for your iCloud vault, and a different Master Password for your 1Password online account.
