New installation on a new laptop fails

I am retiring one machine and naturally want 1Password on the new MacBook. Having installed it on the new machine, and opened the .opvault file, I do not get all the vaults (4) back, but rather a few items in Primary and the rest in Trash. How do I solve this?

OS Version: 10.15.1
Sync Type: Dropbox

    Hi @brownidj

    An opvault is a sync file for a single vault. If you intend to sync multiple vaults you would either need a 1Password membership, or an opvault for each.

    Sync your 1Password data
