1Password X + Chromebook with fingerprint scanner?

Long time listener, first time caller. (aka be gentle, please)

I've got a question / feature request (I wasn't sure where to put it...).
Is it possible to make 1Password X work with the fingerprint scanner of the new crop of Chromebooks (Asus C436, Samsung Galaxy Chromebook)?

Are these new Chromebooks too new and the APIs are not yet available? Could this feature ever be available?

Hey @RicoTrevisan! Thanks for getting in touch. I'll go ahead and take this as a feature request since 1Password X doesn't have the ability to be unlocked with a Chromebook fingerprint scanner. That's not to say it would never be available in the future, but it isn't something that's being actively worked on. I'm unsure if the feature is doable simply because I'm not as familiar with Chromebooks as I probably should be. I've been using macOS for so long that I've become so ingrained in the Apple ecosystem. I've added your input to an existing internal feature request. I appreciate you sharing your feedback with me. :)
