Trying to create an account within a family plan and got "Error: Unable to create your account"
My spouse recently created a family plan, and I just tried to accept the invitation to join and set up my own account. I created a master password, clicked "continue," then on the "Almost there" page filled in the master password I just created, clicked "submit," and then got the following nonspecific error message on a new page: "Error: Unable to create your account. Something went wrong – sorry about that!"
I am using Chrome on a Mac with OS Catalina. No firewall or filevault on. Thanks for any help!
