Updating a frozen 1password for families subscription with a voucher

I have a 1 year 1password for families subscription voucher I got from a Parallels Premium Mac App Bundle, how do I update my 1password for families frozen subscription with this voucher? There's just no option to do this when you go to redeem the voucher.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

We are able to apply the Parallels bundle as a credit to existing accounts, but we can only handle queries relating to account details over email for your security.
