My iPone was no longer recognizing my thumb print and I got locked out of my 1Password account.

Ironically, I don't know my password for 1Password and I'm locked out of using my thumb print. I need my main password for 1Password.

We here at 1Password never know your Master Password and therefore can't "reset" it for you. Only you know your Master Password.
