Annual subscription with Apple but need to change country

Hi

I’ve got an annual subscription bought via the Apple App Store. However, I have recently moved abroad and I have seen that if I change my App Store country, I will lose all current subscriptions. Is there anyway around this, 1Password have a workaround to help?
