missing keyboard when adding new folder

A quick summary of the bug:
the keyboard that is automatically showing when you add a new folder does not appear when you delete an existing folder before
Detailed Step-by-step instruction on how to reproduce it
go to folders menu
click edit
click new folder
enter a name (or leave blank)
then do not click done
delete an existing folder
click add new folder
then the keyboard does not show up automatically as it usually does when you add a new folder
Furthermore I am not sure if it is correct that you can add folders an empty folder name (but this works also with the Windows Desktop client)

Thank you for posting this issue, and the good instructions on how to reproduce you provided. I was able to reproduce following your instructions and will log as a defect to be fixed.
