Standalone Mac software asking for me to login to online 1Password account
1Password 7
Version 7.4.4 (70404001)
Mac App Store
Mac Book Air OS 10.15.3
Safari Version 13.0.5 (15608.5.11)
I have the standalone 1Password software in which the Safari browser extension won't work. When I Open the software from the Application a splash screen appears asking me to log into the web version.
If I can work around that to see my items in 1Password I cannot edit them. They are marked "Read-Only".
So I have 3 issues:
1- Browser extension
2-Standalone software trying demanding credentials for the web version
3-Read only items from data stored on my hard drive
1Password Version: 7.4.4
Extension Version: 70404001
OS Version: 10.15.3

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. 1Password 7 from the Mac App Store is available to 1Password membership customers only. It won't work standalone. If you have a standalone license for 1Password 7 you'd need to download the software from our website. Please try these instructions:
- Quit Safari
- Open and then quit 1Password completely —
⌘⌥⌃Q
(Command Option Control Q) - Drag 1Password to the Trash, but DO NOT use a "cleaner" app to remove 1Password if you have one (MacKeeper, CleanMyMac, AppZapper, etc)
- Empty the Trash
- Restart your Mac
- Install 1Password from our website: Download for Mac
- Open 1Password
- Make sure the extension is shown and enabled in Safari under
Preferences
>Extensions
(do not click "More Extensions") - Verify that you're able to use the extension to fill logins
Let me know how it turns out. :) That should address all three issues. I hope that helps!
