Duplicate entries on iPhone

Deleted app on iPhone to attempt to delete duplicate entries. Reinstalled and loaded personal vault to app and duplicate entries reappeared. Do not see the duplicates when I log on in Windows.

    One personal and one shared. I have both ‘on’.

    Thank you for the confirmation. Do you see the duplicates even if you login to your 1Password.com account in a browser, or do they show up just inside the iOS app?

    Just on the iOS app

    Then you might have an additional vault on this iOS device, perhaps a standalone vault. I would like to ask you to generate a diagnostics report from your iOS device and email it to us to support+forum@agilebits.com, so we can help you check that.
