1Password not recognizing websites

I recently switched over to a subscription from standalone, and since 1Password does not automatically show the username/password(s) when I bring up a site. Instead, I just get the entire list from my vault. The standalone did not behave like this. Can you please help? I'm running MacoOS 10.14.6 with 32 gb ram.

1Password Version: 7.4.5
Extension Version: 4..7.5.90 Chrome
OS Version: MacOS 10.4.6
Sync Type: 1Password.com maybe a mistake

    Hi @richharrison!

    When you click on the 1Password browser extension, what is the dropdown menu currently set to? From what you are saying, I think it might be set to "All Items". If that's the case, please try setting it to Suggestions instead:

    That was it, thank you. I had been using 1Password for so long I had forgotten about that option until reinstalling threw the switch.
