Hey there,

I have 1Password 7 on my mac and iPhone. Both synched on dropbox until recently I discovered that my mac had a primary vault "on my mac" instead of dropbox. My iPhone still uses the dropbox vault. After browsing the 1Password forum I discovered I could use the option:
Help - troubleshooting - startover.
So I did.
Now I Start 1Password again and at the first screen I chose "Synchronise with dropbox". I clicked the chose file button and on dropbox I can see the file " 1Password.agilekeychain" but its greyed out and can't be selected.
What I'm I missing here?

1Password Version: 1Password 7 Version 7.4.4 (70404001) Mac App Store
Extension Version: 7.4.4
OS Version: macOS 10.15.3
Sync Type: dropbox

    Correction: I've reinstalled 1Password:
    1Password 7
    Version 7.4.3 (70403002)
    1Password Winkel

    But it didn't help

    Hi @RDekker! Welcome to the forum!

    1Password 7 does not support the old .agilekeychain vault format anymore. In order to import your data in the latest version of the app, you will need to convert it to the more recent .opvault file format first. You can do it within 1Password by clicking on the File menu > Import... and choosing the 1Password Keychain option in that window:

    Hi @ag_ana,

    If I import the old format, can I still have my vault stored in dropbox?

    @RDekker:

    Yes, if you decide to still keep your data in Dropbox, you can do that.

    Hi @ag_ana, I can't figure out how to store my data on DropBox after I import from the 1Password Keychain. My primary vault is on "My Mac" en I don't know how to move that vault to Dropbox. On my iPhone (1Password version 7.4.7) I can still work with the 1Password Keychain, strangely enough. In your comment on March 22 you say: "Yes, if you decide to still keep your data in Dropbox, you can do that."
    Can you explain the steps I need to take to accomplish that?

    @RDekker,

    1. Open the Preferences window
    2. Click on the Sync tab
    3. Click on Primary vault in the list of Vaults
    4. Click on the pop-up button next to the text "Sync Primary vault with"
    5. Choose Dropbox
    6. Choose the location on Dropbox to save the new opvault to
