Mac Firefox browser extension not working at all
Mac Firefox I have tried all forum suggestions I could find and still can't get browser extension to respond at all. Command backslash simply produces a login box. I have shutdown, uninstalled, reinstalled, and lost count of how many times I have installed the extension in Firefox. Help Please?

I wanted to follow up here and see if this is still a problem for you. I understand this has been going on for some time so I'd like to help you get to the bottom of it. If you've tried the steps listed in the guide I'd like to get you over to our extensions specialists for a further look. To facilitate that I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:

I did all these things and have corrisponded with 2 programmers via email and it still doesn't work. I assume you can see those email exchanges. To recap: 1pw7 works fine. I have 1pw mini installed and it does nothing at all. I have another similar laptop where everthing is working fine. Is there some way to compare the installations on the two laptops side-by-side?
