My 1password doesn't inter my ID and Password to my accounts.

When I click on the specific website on 1 password, it brings me to that website (for example my bank online) but doesn't show any way to use the ID and password through 1password. So it's only like before and I have to enter them myself.

    Could you please let us know which 1Password app (e.g. 1Password for Mac) and version you are using, and if you've installed the 1Password extension in your web browser? If you aren't sure if you've installed the extension, could you please tell us which browser you're using?
