shortcut keys

hello. this may be obvious, but get this pop up when i want to access 1password and create a new user login/password (or access an existing one)...but no combination of shortcut keys seems to work to open up 1password...screenshot attached. can you walk a luddite through it? thanks!

    That's Shift, Command, X for the shortcut keys. Some confuse the Shift symbol for the up arrow key. I have been there, done that. ;) So, yep me too. If that doesn't help, perhaps you have another app that's stealing the shortcut?
