"Settings" and "Account" frozen

Hey guys, i just wanted to add another account (settings-->account) and since that section is just frozen. Whatever i click it just doesn´t react, even if i fill it out with all the info. When i try to end the desktop app it also doesn´t let me because the settings window pops up and requires action i can´t take 🤷🏻‍♀️ any ideas??

    Can you please elaborate on what is the action you cannot take?

    @ag_ana hey, thanks for the reply. I just want to quit the action of adding a new account and it doesn´t let me, i can´t klick on anything else in the settings window (sorry the screenshot is in German).

    @Selma_Z

    You can right-click on the Dock icon while pressing the option key and select "Force Quit" in the menu on the Dock icon. I am not sure what happened to get you to the state where you can't click the cancel key. Once 1Password quits, you can Open it again.
