How to use 1Password with the Nat Geo app?

I have a Nat Geo digital subscription on my iPad, but 1Password only half works with it. The authentication happens on two separate pages, like Google products, with one page for user name and a second page for password. 1Password does not even get invoked for the username page — meaning the “Passwords” prompt doesn’t even appear over the keypad to allow me to pull up 1Password. So I have to manually type my email address and go to the next page. Once I’m on the Password page, 1Password works properly and allows me to auto fill the password.

    Hi @potatoheadbobby

    The Nat Geo app would need to update their autofill support, indicating that the email address is a fillable field. Unfortunately this is not something we can do for them. The developers of that app would need to release an update.
