1Password no longer works with Firefox

After the prompt to update to the latest 1Password 7. 1Pass no longer works with Firefox on Mac. I've updated firefox (75.0). I've also uninstalled and re-installed the extension in firefox. No dice. On extension debug page I see the attached.

1Password Version: 7.4.3
Extension Version: 4.7.5.90
OS Version: 10.15.4
Sync Type: Not Provided

    Can you try these instructions and let us know if it helps?

    1. Quit Safari and any other open web browsers.

    2. Open and then quit 1Password completely.

    • Hold down the Control and Option keys on your keyboard and choose 1Password > Quit 1Password Completely from the menu bar.

    1. Restart the Mac.

    2. Open 1Password.

    3. Open the browser(s).

    4. Verify that you're able to use the extension to fill logins.
