Read-Only mode since upgrade to 7.4.3

I am using a standalone version on Mac 10.15.3.
I did upgrade from version 7.3 to 7.4.3 and since then 2 issues:

the auto fill does not work
I am stuck in a Read Only mode (no more possible to create new entries)
