Trying to login to my iPad Pro, no response from server each time

I’ve just downloaded the latest version of the 1Password app and scanned my setup code directly from my phone App. I’m entering in my master password correctly but each time I’m getting the same error saying there’s no response from the server. Can you provide some guidance?
