Not Saving Password When I Log Into Websites
I have downloaded the Safari browse extension, in addition to the 1Password 7 app on my Mac, and I've turned off the AutoFill function in the browser, but when I go to log into websites, I'm not getting any pop-up to save the information into 1Password.

Hi @KVK90
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble getting 1Password to work as expected in Safari. With 1Password 7 there isn't a separate extension to install for Safari - it is included with the app. As such from your description it sounds like you may have inadvertently installed two copies of the app.
Please try these instructions:
- Quit Safari
- Open and then quit 1Password completely —
⌘⌥⌃Q
(Command Option Control Q) - Drag 1Password to the Trash, but DO NOT use a "cleaner" app to remove 1Password if you have one (MacKeeper, CleanMyMac, AppZapper, etc)
- Empty the Trash
- Restart your Mac
- Install 1Password from our website: Download for Mac
- Open 1Password
- Make sure the extension is shown and enabled in Safari under
Preferences
>Extensions
(do not click "More Extensions") - Verify that you're able to use the extension to fill logins
Let me know how it turns out. :)
Ben
