I need my membership cancelled - Please and a refund if possible
Hello - Quite frankly I totally forgot about this 1 Password Membership - I certainly have never used it - not sure why I signed up for it to begin with - and now that I was laid off more than a month ago I certainly cannot afford it. I would have appreciated a heads up before you automatically charged by Credit Card - I got a notice yesterday of all days informing me about the charge. To make matters worse when I tried to log into my account it - I get a response it doesn't recognize my email address. To summarize - I need this membership cancelled with or without a refund if no other reason that I don't charged yest again next year.
