Unable to add a new password to the vault

I'm unable to add a new password to the vault from a web browser, I get this error: "Your Secret Key has changed. Please sign in to your account to re-authenticate"
A link was provided underneath the error, I clicked on it and logged into my account and this has not helped, any idea of how to resolve this?

    Can you please let us know what browser this is happening with?

    Also, are you perhaps using 1Password X in your browser?

    Thank you for the confirmation. Have you recently regenerated your Secret Key for your 1Password account, even on a different device?
