Provisioning manager not receiving code. Unable to generate new credentials. STUCK

We are trying to configure SCIM by following the instructions here:

I added the email of one of my coworkers as the provisioning manager.

He didn't receive the email with the code that will allow me to continue with the process to generate the SCIM credentials.

I'm trying to change his email and add a different email as the provisioning manager, but the setup doesn't let me do that (there is no button to change the email of the provisioning manager, nor to go back). So I'm stuck on this window that is asking me to add a code that I don't receive and I can't change the email to a different person.

Please advise.

  • NVM, we were able to figure it out. We had to delete the account from the user's list.

  • It would make sense if there was a "Cancel" or "Resend email" on this page, as I just deleted and restarted a whole new account due to this.

    Removing the user and then restarting the provisioning setup process is the correct action at this time. Improving this problematic flow is on our roadmap!
