1P on Mac does not accept master password

Hey,

I have 1P complete new.
I have install the app on my mac. But it does not accept my master password.
What can I do?

Did you perhaps try 1Password in the past? If so, that could be it. However, you mention using it new. You did not mention what sync type you are using. Are you using a membership? If so, can you log into https://my.1password.com ? If that applies and you can log in, please also make sure you have a copy of your Emergency Kit. We can then help you reset the installation.

yes i have a membership (personal). At the moment I have my testdays.
I have stored and printed my emergency kit.

Yes I can login to 1password.com and it is working with chrome, ipad, iphone and firefox.

Thank you for the confirmation! If you are able to login to 1Password.com, then you probably downloaded 1Password in the past on this device, and chose a different Master Password back then. If you don't have anything inside this 1Password app that you are interested in, you can start over with an empty app, so you can add your new 1Password account to it :)
