Deleted my old account then the new account turns to NOT subscribed
Hello, plz help me..
I deleted my old account ([removed by 1Password staff because it included personal information-- this is a public forum]) cause i forgot my master password.
And then i created a new account(same with my old account) cause my membership is still within the validity period .
But now my new account is Frozen . The 1Password app tells me that i don`t subscribe yet...
I want to know if i can move my old account`s subscription to my new account and help me to do this ...
