Is it possible to share passwords without family accounts?

Suppose user A and user B want to share some passwords, in which of the below scenarios is it possible:

  1. User A has a personal 1Password account; user B does not have any account.
  2. User A and User B both have personal 1Password accounts.
  3. User A and User B are both part of the same 1Password family account.

My understanding is that sharing is only possible in scenario #3. Is this correct? Thanks!

    Hi @parekh

    Your understanding is correct: secure sharing is only possible when both people have accounts within the same 1Password membership. It isn't exclusive to 1Password Families, though... it is also possible in 1Password Teams and 1Password Business. :)
