1Password 7 does not work with this website, but 1Password 4 had no problem
I am attempting to log into this URL: https://fairview.onlinepaymentcenter.net/DME/Account/Search
On my old computer, with 1Password 4.6.2.626, I can still automatically log in using 1Password (it's still supported in Opera).
On my current computer, with 1Password 7.4.763 and Chrome, I cannot get 1Password to save or populate even a single field. I have tried manual creation, but I am stymied at every turn. Please help. Any suggestions are welcome.

I have tried testing this website but I keep getting error messages, it looks like they are having issues:
When the website becomes usable again, can you please try saving a login manually in the browser and see if that helps?

Well, the site is up now, but this technique did not work in 1Password 7.4.

I get an access denied error. Webpage no longer active warning. It looks as if they are migrating to MyChart. at least that is where the redirect sends me.

I can log in, etc. I can't get 1Password 7.4 to assist me in any way.

Ah-ha!
I accidentally clicked on the forum search term you entered and not the one in you message body, my apologies. Using the traditional extension I can fill the birthday field. While 1Password X fills no fields for me. :(
This is something the extensions team will need to explore.
