Cannot login with new phone

I am utterly frustrated.

We have a family plan, but I cannot access 1password for iOS since I got a new iphone.

Please help.

I have literally spent the last 2 hours trying to fix this and I am ready to scream!

Ever time I try to scan the code and enter my master, it tells me that the info is invalid!!! How can that be if I am logged in with that access information on my computer?
