Hey @blaxxz — Thanks for asking! Though I believe this question would be best answered by Riot Games and I can't give you a definitive answer, my buddy and I did some research and found some interesting articles and Reddit posts answering questions about Vanguard (the anti cheat software used for VALORANT). I also read today that they released the option to disable the software when you're not playing the game. That might be worth looking into. Hopefully the following help you come to a conclusion.
