Autofill stopped working on Ultipro

My company uses Ultipro which is a popular HR web portal. Autofill used to work fine, but at some point it stopped autofilling correctly. Now it will fill the username and password, but then the password field immediately clears out. I have to manually copy the password and paste it into the password field.

I've tried both in Chrome and Firefox, and I've tried deleting and recreating the login in 1Password.
