Account Frozen After Paying (twice!)
[#VGY-86133-928] is my support ID.
After subscribing on my iphone, I downloaded the mac version. That account was frozen and asked me to update my billing info. After I did that, I was charged another fee! ($36 annual). Worst of all, the account is still frozen!! I believe the 1password for mac was downloaded from your website.
Can you unfreeze and issue a credit?
