just copied 1pw v7 data to primary vault orig data started out on v6. now wish to update to iphone se 64G, with correct data. followed on screen prompts, scanned qr code, entered pw, device came back with : account closed.

just connected iphone to imac using cable.

It sounds as if you scanned an incorrect QR code from an older account. I would check my Emergency Kit and make sure you are working with the correct account.
