Cannot get my wife's account working: is she logged in to website or not???

I thought my wife needed to be set up but can't tell if she is or isn't. Please help.

She has a private account on 1Password. I invited her to my.1password.com . She then replied, and I received the notification. So now she is signed up, but when I went to her computer to upload her info, I got no message. How can I know if she has an individual account or if she has already uploaded her account?? Also, her account is labeled "RICK EISNER'S FAMILY" Private and Shared. Can't her account be titled with her name?

    I see we are discussing this via email. That's the desired option as it allows for more private communication for such things as account details. I am going to close the topic as that conversation is ongoing.
